DAD AND ACTUALLY TOOK HIM TO GLS TO SHELBY'S HOUSE FOR THE FIRST. MY OLD BACKBONE STILL REMEMBERS
THE RIDE OVER THOSESTEPS ON THAT@#$$#@% ROAD(IN THE GOLDEN CHARIOT). THOSE WERE GOOD DAYS TOO.

(sung to the tune of happy birthday!) Anneke and I are not as talented as Leah, but you can’t hear us which is what is so great about the computer!

Shelby, I have so many wonderful memories of you – yes many from kindergarten! I will never forget the taste of the salt in the home made play dough we made in your room, and the other memory is your fabulous warm coat! winter recess was always fun with you out on the playground!! May your year be full hope, health and laughter! Hip Hip horray for the zeros this year, I am turning the big 40 in just a few days!!! I will do a toast to you this evening with my husband and kids!

I agree with you 110% Leah! You’re Mom is very special. I have always enjoyed and looked forward to the trips we’ve taken together. Shelby has always made me feel special especially when I felt like I didn’t have the best clothes for some of the events we attended. She is so easily approachable and entertaining to be with. You have been so blessed to have the parents you have. May I also mention that Shelby has done an exceptional job raising her beautiful, talented daughter and sons. You are all so bright and have incredibly gifted. You are who you are today because of the constant influence you’ve had from your parents; especially Shelby. Your letter to your Mom is very touching and brought tears to my eyes. I can only imagine how Shelby will feel reading it. HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHELBY! YOU DESERVE THE VERY BEST!
